JAN MILLER is a litigation paralegal in the Phoenix, Arizona office.  Jan studied court reporting and civil procedure at Daytona State College, UCF branch in Daytona Beach, Florida.  Jan moved to Phoenix in 1994 and took her paralegal studies at the Paralegal Institute of Phoenix.  She is a certified closing agent for real estate transactions through NNA.  She has over 18 years of experience in the legal field concentrating in Construction Defect and Personal Injury.  Jan is an active member of NALS, and the Mineralogical Society of Arizona.  Jan is a former dance instructor and silversmith, who enjoys hiking, rockhounding, and spending time with her family.
